Sandy entered the property market in 2002 working for one of the top Property Investors in Auckland. After two years of experience gained Sandy diversified her role to work for a Property Development company and expand her knowledge in another aspect in the property arena. The wealth of experience and knowledge gained in both of these roles prompted Sandy to recognise that the ultimate role for her would be to utilise her sales and communication skills by facilitating with clients who wished to buy and sell property and consequently she entered into a Real Estate Marketing Consultant role in 2006.
Sandy is recognised in Real Estate as a Professional Marketing Consultant who knows her business well, is efficient, completely customer focused and achieves results. Her ability to really listen to her clients’ stories and requirements, and keep in regular contact with them, allowing them to make informed decisions is a major contributor to Sandy’s success. Interior Design also plays a part in Sandy’s profession. To enhance a natural flair for colour and interior creativity, Sandy undertook an initial course in Interior design and is happy to give any enquiring clients input that may be beneficial to the selling of their home.

“After 11 years in the Real Estate, it continually heartens me to play a part in the lives of my clients when they decide to sell or buy property. I deem the close working relationships I develop with them to be a privilege and one to be respected and valued.
Attaining or exceeding the results my clients are wanting is constantly motivating and a key element for continued success in an industry that relies a great deal upon referral business. I feel the highest compliment a client can give is the referral of family friends and associates.
Any spare time real estate allows is focused on family. Having two married daughters and five grandchildren gives my husband and I immense pleasure and keeps life “real and current” for us.
Outside of family pastimes, another passion of mine is that I have had initial education in New Zealand Sign Language. To offer understanding and support to the non-hearing community and those who experience speech delay or weakening is an area I am keen to continue pursuing”
