Tenants - How to Apply

  1. View the property inside with a Property Manager.
  2. Complete the application form with as much detail as possible. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Please note each adult will need to complete their own application.
  3. Sign and date your application in two places: Section 11 - Letting Fee, and Section 13 - Privacy Consent and Declaration.
  4. Return the completed application to our office, along with copies of your ID, references, bank details, pay slips and any other information you would like to provide us to assess your suitability.
  5. Application details are submitted to the property owner who will make the final decision.
  6. The move in costs, 4 week's bond, the first week's rent and the letting fee need to be paid before you collect the keys and move into the property.
  7. Please note we are a cashless office and do not accept payments of any kind at our business premises.

Payments And Rent

All payments need to be deposited into the branch’s relevant bank account with a clear identifying reference: i.e. surname and address of property and/or tenant code.
